Meat from local farmers you can trust.

Our fresh meat is locally-sourced and raised by farmers in the Syracuse region. Our farmers supply us with the highest quality meat from animals raised on pasture (within season, of course: this is Upstate New York!) and finished with grain and without antibiotics or hormones. Our craft butchers are happy to provide special cuts of our local beef (and other meats), which can also be cut to order.
